overall nice facilities and great value and lovely breakfast with yoghurt, bread offered for toast and also toast, reasonably priced.

The room itself was great value for money and had an absolutely stunning view over the garden. The location close to Dorridge station was convenient and handy for my visit;))

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Neat and warm unit with an unsecured window, 2 single beds and the bathroom. Lots of options, awesome food. Unbeatable setting in the very pleasant area, adjacent to restaurant, shops and the communal areas. ...

Ideal starting point for trips to Stratford upon Avon and Warwick Castle. Very nice and open-minded staff. Excellent English breakfast. The accommodation has exceeded our expectations.

The room was spacious, but the mattress was uncomfortable.

The location is convenient and parking was ample. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with a stained duvet and creaky floors. The breakfast was lacking both in temperature and variety, impacting the overall experience.

I had a peaceful stay and enjoyed a few drinks in the comfy bar while watching the sunset from the cozy lounge. The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind, and I appreciated the quiet rooms that made for a great night’s sleep. The TV didn’t work, but it didn’t ruin my experience. I’d definitely recommend grabbing the breakfast—it was tasty and reasonably priced! 😊

Loud celebrations into the night disrupted any chance of quiet, especially when you just want to catch some Z's. The bathroom shower showed signs of neglect, with a dirty base. Comfort level of the bed fell short for a good night's sleep, and the overall state of the decor seemed a bit worn, with scratched walls and paint peeling off doors. Creaking floorboards above introduced an unwelcome symphony of noise during the night, and the reception area could use a bit of tidying up to avoid a messy first impression.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the selection of drinks at the bar was excellent. Dinner was well-executed, with efficient service despite the staff shortages. On the downside, the breakfast cereal options were limited, and there were some comments regarding noise levels that I found unhelpful. It was a pleasant stay with good amenities.

The hotel has a pleasant staff and a nice environment, but my experience was overshadowed by issues like creaky floorboards and a disappointing breakfast. The condition of the facilities, particularly in the disabled room, was far from ideal, affecting my comfort during the stay.

The location offers decent access to surrounding areas. Parking facilities are hassle-free, a plus when you want to avoid the city's crammed streets.

The room left much to be desired-stained carpets and a layer of dust that felt mad really like it had been building up for ages. The shower had black mold around the grout, and the mattress reminded me of sleeping on a rock. You can easily hear everything through the creaky floorboards and walls, tough to catch some shut-eye. Other basics were lacking, like only one bin available and no sanitary bin in the bathroom. The dining experience was disappointing, too. The food felt more like something you'd pick up from a supermarket than a freshly prepared meal, especially given the high prices. To top it off, finding a live beetle in the room certainly didn't help the ambiance.

Charming, charming, charming.

The staff were genuinely cute. The bed? Oh my, it was cloud-like comfort, perfect for a restful night after a long drive!
